Refunds and withdrawal
Updated · 20 Aug 2026
No refunds
A confirmed bid is not refundable. The service is delivered at the moment of payment: your position changes instantly and publicly.
Waiving your right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. That right is lost when a digital service is fully performed after you expressly requested it and acknowledged the consequence.
That's why checkout has a separate checkbox, distinct from accepting the terms, where you waive that right. Without ticking it you cannot pay.
We store the date, time and a hash of your IP as the record of that waiver.
Payments that arrive wrong
Underpay and you're credited what arrived. The shortfall is neither chased nor returned.
Overpay and you're credited everything that arrived: all of it counts for you.
A partial payment left hanging is reviewed by a human. Write to us if it happens.
When it's our fault
If a payment confirms and a bug here keeps it out of the ranking, we fix it. If that isn't possible, we refund it.
